In 2018, ZTE determined the three-phase strategy based on the changes in the internal and external environment and competitive landscape. In active response to the new strategy, the SPIRE strategy has been formulated, which aims to improve customer value, achieve technology and cost leadership, and build a safe, precise, intelligent, reliable, and efficient supply chain to deliver competitive products and services.
In 2023, we launched the SPIRE 2.0 strategy according to the analysis of new opportunities and challenges faced by the supply chain, as well as the company's strategic goals in the expansion phase.
